A fixing structure of a key cylinder of a tail gate for an automobile is provided to simplify a fixing operation of the key cylinder of the tale gate to improve working efficiency. A fixing structure of a key cylinder of a tail gate for an automobile includes a flange(2), a pin(4), a nut(5), a spring(6), and a guide groove(8). The flange is formed at a center part of the key cylinder and has at least one installation hole. The pin has a head part(3) having a larger diameter than the installation hole. The nut is coupled to the other end of the pin. The spring is inserted between a bracket(52) and the nut to push the pin. The guide groove is formed around a through-hole and has a fixing groove(7) in which the head part is hooked. When the key cylinder is inserted into the through-hole, the flange is hooked to push the spring.
