A spam blocking service supply system using a broadcasting channel, a mobile communication terminal having a spam blocking function, and a method therefor are provided to enable a mobile communication terminal to receive spam sender information delivered through a digital broadcasting channel, thereby blocking data reception from a spam sender even without a user directly inputting the spam sender's phone number. A spam information server(103) stores spam sender information. A broadcasting center(100) provides a spam blocking service for sending the spam sender information through a broadcasting channel. A mobile communication terminal(110) receives the spam sender information from the broadcasting center(100) through the spam blocking service, and blocks data reception from a spam sender by using the received spam sender information.
