A noise prevention apparatus for a sunroof of a vehicle is provided to automatically prevent occurrence of noise generated through an opening of a roof panel. A noise prevention apparatus for a sunroof of a vehicle includes a blowing nozzle(5), a pump(7), and a controller(9). The blowing nozzle is installed in the front of an opening of a roof panel. The pump provides a compressed air to the blowing nozzle. The controller controls the pump. The blowing nozzle is installed to discharge the air in a diagonal direction to cross the opening from a front lower part of the opening of the roof panel. An anemometer(11) is installed to measure a wind velocity of a running vehicle to transmit the wind velocity to the controller. The controller controls the pump according to a signal from the anemometer.
