#CMT# #/CMT# An inflatable packer has a tubular expansible sleeve (2) expandable under an action of an inflatable fluid. e.g. water, to hermetically plate against a wall of a well or a channel. The sleeve is fixed to end units, e.g. washers, where one end unit (3) has an annular skirt (31) with a rounded profile directed towards the sleeve. A wall of the skirt is pierced with opening holes (5), and a material of the sleeve masks the sleeve to cover an outer face and an inner face (311) while closing the holes. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for mounting a radially expansible tubular sleeve under the action of an inflation fluid. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for closing a pipe or well, e.g. oil well, in a pipe and drill field. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The packer enables a connection between the sleeve and the end unit to be held in a satisfactory manner without unsticking or breaking even in the case of high force due to inflation of the sleeve.
