A siamese connection for fire fighting is provided to shorten the assembling time and to prevent the leakage of water for fire fighting by completely sealing an inlet port by exactly operating a valve seat through a guide projection in operating a check valve, without horizontally moving the valve seat. The siamese connection for fire fighting is composed of a body(100) having an inlet port(110), a discharge port(120), and a seat surface(130); a valve seat(200) coming into close contact with the seat surface; a valve rod(300) supporting the valve seat; a spring(400) bringing the valve seat into contact with the seat surface; a fastening ring(500) rotatably connected to the outer diameter of the inlet port; fixing pieces(140) integrally installed at both inner sides of the inlet port; a guide(600) provided with a rod hole(610) into which the valve rod is fitted, and fixed to both fixing pieces; and plural guide projections(210) integrally formed at the upper side of the valve seat and fitted into the inlet port to keep the balance when the valve seat moves up and down.
