A surgical patient automatic discriminating apparatus is provided to prevent an erroneous surgical operation due to change of a chart of the surgical patient by identifying surgical operation information through a display unit such as a monitor. A surgical patient automatic discriminating apparatus includes an identifying band(10), an RFID(Radio Frequency Identifier) reader(30), an RFID middleware(50), a system server(70), and a display unit(90). The identifying band(10) has an RFID tag having patient original information, and is attached on a body of the patient. The RFID reader(30) is installed on a gate of an anesthetic room or a surgical operation room. The RFID reader(30) reads the patient original information of the RFID tag when the patient having the identifying band(10) passes the gate. The RFID middleware(50) is connected to the RFID reader(30), and transmits the patient original information identified by the RFID reader(30) to the system server(70) having a database for patient information. The display unit(90) is installed inside the anesthetic room or the surgical operation room. The display unit(90) receives the patient information corresponding to the patient original information from the system server(70), and displays the received information to the outside. The patient original information of the RFID tag is received from the system server(70) through the RFID middleware(50) before performing a surgical operation or anesthesia.
