A tooth whitening device and a tooth whitener container are provided to prevent the contents of a body from leaking by combining a cap to an outflow hole and to facilitate a process for joining the cap to the outflow hole by forming a tapered part at a body unit of the cap. The tooth whitening device is composed of a body(110) having one opened end portion and an inner space; a liquid tooth whitener stored in the inner space of the body; a connecting unit(130) inserted into the opened side of the body and provided with a connecting hole perforated through the inside; an outflow unit(150) combined to one end of the connecting unit and provided with an outflow hole linked with the connecting hole; and a cap(160) having a body unit inserted into the outflow hole and a head unit joined to the body unit. The body unit of the cap is produced in a shape enough to be exactly fitted into the outflow hole. A tapered part is formed at the end of the body unit.
