A high-durability hologram sheet which can be made thin easily and a method for producing the same, a hologram sticker, a hologram card and a method for producing the same. The hologram sheet comprises a sheet (1), and a light-transmitting DLC film (2) formed on the sheet (1) wherein the DLC film (2) has a local region of relatively high refractive index (high refractive index region (2a)) and a local region of relatively low refractive index (low refractive index region (2b)). A print layer can be formed at at least a part on the major surface of the sheet (1) on the side for forming the DLC film or at at least a part of either major surface of the hologram sheet.
