The device has a cylinder (1) for vertically receiving green beans in bunch and including a flexible semi cylindrical slat (3) handled by a compression button (2), where the stalks of the green beans are equalized and maintained in height by the slat. The cylinder has a crown (6) at its ends, and a base (4) is equipped with a clean cylinder (5) on which the cylinder (1) is supported, where stalks of the green beans which exceed the bottom of the cylinder (1) are manually cut by a knife placed on a receptacle.
