CONTROL PANEL PROTECTED DUST TROUBLE AND CORROSION

A control panel protected from dust trouble and corrosion is provided to improve operation efficiency of a waste water disposal plant by reducing a repair cost for exchanging a defective part or device by preventing fault due to the dust and corrosion. A control panel protected from dust trouble and corrosion includes a blower(1). The blower(1) is installed outside a control panel chamber. A filter unit(2) for filtering dust is installed on an air inlet of the blower(1). A transmission differential pressure gauge(3) is installed between the blower(1) and the filter unit(2). An air supply duct(4) is connected to a discharging side of the blower(1). The same number of branch ducts(6) as the control panels are branched. Each control damper(5) is installed on each branch duct(6). An end of the branch duct(6) is connected to a branch duct connecting unit(8) formed at a lower part of a main body(7) of the control panel. An exhaust pipe(9) having a through hole and a cover is installed at an upper part of the main body(7) of the control panel. A transmission thermometer(10) is installed at an upper part inside the main body(7) of the control panel. A temperature signal of the transmission thermometer and a differential pressure signal of the transmission differential pressure gauge(3) are transmitted to a central monitoring control chamber.
