Provided is a separator for a fuel cell which is reduced in weight and can respond to the change of thickness of a current collector and the decrease of total weight more easily. The separator(200) comprises a bipolar plate(210) which is provided with a plurality of penetration holes, is divided into a junction region containing the penetration holes and a non-junction region containing no penetration hole and comprises a plurality of projections(211) projected in the upper direction and the lower direction at the junction region; a plurality of current collectors(240, 250) which are formed in the upper and lower part of the bipolar plate to be arranged on the non-junction region; and a pair of masking plates(220, 230) which are formed in the upper and lower part of the bipolar plate to accommodate the current collectors at the space between the bipolar plate and the masking plate and are adhered to the projection part of the junction region.
