An organic light emitting display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent short and disconnection of a conductive layer formed on an inter-layer insulation film by forming the flat inter-layer insulation film. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate member(110), a gate electrode(155), an inter-layer insulation film(160), a source electrode(176), a drain electrode(177), a first electrode(179), a pixel defined film(180), an organic layer(187), and a second electrode(197). The gate electrode(155) is formed on the substrate member(110). The inter-layer insulation film(160) covers the gate electrode(155), is composed of a spin-on-glass film, and has a dielectric constant of 2 to 100 range. The source electrode(176) and the drain electrode(177) are formed on the inter-layer insulation film(160). The first electrode(179) is extended to the drain electrode(177) and is formed on the same layer as the drain electrode(177). The pixel defined film(180) covers the source electrode(176), the drain electrode(177), and the first electrode(179). The pixel defined film(180) has an aperture unit which exposes the first electrode(179). The organic layer(187) is formed on the first electrode(179) of the aperture unit. The second electrode(197) is formed on the pixel defined film(180) and the organic layer(187).
