An AC(Alternating Current) detecting coil is provided to decrease an error in detecting the AC by disposing induced electromotive force generated from an external magnetic field not requiring to be detected, adjacently to the coil from an electric wire, and canceling the induced electromotive force. An annular AC detecting coil(1) is composed of plural radiation conductors(7) formed on the front and rear surfaces of a substrate(2) and conductive connecting units(8,8a,8b) and conductive through-holes(9a,9b,9c,9d) for electrically connecting each end of the radiation conductors. Plural winding turns are continuously formed on the front and rear surfaces through the connection of each radiation conductor. The winding turn comprises front and rear coils(5,6). The front and rear surfaces of the radiation conductors have the same shape as the conductive connecting units. Consequently, the areas of the front and rear coils are the same, viewing from a thickness direction of the substrate.
