An organic electro-luminescence display device and a driving method thereof are provided to enhance display quality by preventing cross talk due to a brightness difference in a display region. An organic electro-luminescence display device includes a display panel(164), a precharge driver(162), and a data driver(161). The display panel includes electro-luminescence cells(OLED), which are formed at the intersections between scan lines and data lines. The precharge driver supplies a calculated precharge current to the data lines by multiplying a gray scale value by a predetermined precharge constant if under an intermediate gray scale, and supplies a precharge current, which has a constant value larger than the calculated precharge current irrespective of gray scale, to the data lines if over the intermediate gray scale. The data driver supplies data to the electro-luminescence cells, which are charged by the precharge current.
