A method for preventing the pollution of river water caused by dissolution of waste minerals by cutting off the water vein of a shaft is provided to prevent the pollution of river water by preventing polluted underground water containing waste minerals from flowing out to the river by reclaiming all shafts with a soil mixture and blocking up water veins with cement mortar. The invention relates to a method for preventing the pollution of river water by flowing out polluted underground water with melted waste minerals contained in a shaft toward the river by reclaiming each shaft in a mine by injecting a soil mixture(2) which is composed of 10~50 weight percent soil and 50~90 weight percent water through an injection splitter(3), and, blocking up water veins(4) connected to the shaft by driving a pipe into an outlet of the water vein and injecting quick-setting concrete mortar to seal up the outlet, and the placing concrete mortar widely from the outside.
