An information storing medium for processing complex payment is provided to enable a banking facility to reduce burden for reserve required for a deferred payment service by making a payment with a check card payment mode or a credit card payment mode according to a payment amount. A checking function checks condition information and checks whether the payment price of the payment tool of the user corresponds to the checked condition information when the user uses the payment tool. The condition information processes a fixed ratio of the payment price with the check card payment mode and processes the remaining part with the credit card payment mode if the payment price is over a predetermined amount. A processing function makes the payment by complexly applying the check card payment and the credit card payment mode if the payment price is over the predetermined amount.
