A knife grinder is provided to minimize a grinding error by preventing a knife blade which is contacted with a grinding wheel from shaking. An upper plane of a case(11), which is opened, is shield by a cover having a blade insertion groove(12a). A screw axis(20) is installed in a lateral direction in the case. A spiral line having an opposite direction is formed from a middle part of a screw axis. A handle(21) which receives rotation power is installed on an end of which is exposed to an external part. A guide axis(25) is installed to be parallel with the end of the screw axis. A housing(31, 36) has a screw hole which is connected to the screw axis and is moved along an axis, and a penetration hole which the guide axis is penetrated. A rotation shaft(32, 37) is rotatably installed on the housing, and is perpendicular to the screw axis. A grinding wheel(33, 38) is integratedly connected to a front side of the rotation shaft. A driven pulley(34, 39) is connected to a rear side of the rotation shaft. A motor is installed on a lower part of the case, and has a rotation shaft which is connected to the driven pulley by a belt and transfers a power to the driven pulley. The knife blade is installed to be opposite to each other on an insertion path, and inserts to be vertical state by elastically compressing both side planes of the knife blade. A spring(s) elastically supports a load. Left/right cylinders(51, 55) which are protruded are installed to be opposite to each other. Left/right camber plates(c1, c2) are rotatably connected to the protruded end unit of each load, and are contacted with a side plane of the knife blade. |
