An e-audit system, an e-audit method, and a recording medium storing a program thereof are provided to enhance audit efficiency, efficiently monitor audited data, perform a pre-audit or consultation for audited business, and concentratedly audit the data through a connection structure among the data. An e-audit server(700) receives an e-audit document or online data from a basic system(600). An audit management server(800) plans the audit based on the e-audit document, the online data, or stored civil application data, and manages an audit result. The e-audit server includes an e-audit document module(710) storing/providing the e-audit document, an online data module(730) storing/providing the online data, and an audit considering point module(720) inquiring the document stored in the e-audit document module and registering an audit considering point of the document. The e-audit document module stores attribute information of the stored e-document. The attribute information of the e-document includes more than one of document information, approval feature information, approval line information, and original document link information.
