A cover for foundation concrete is provided to improve in appearance and to prevent the breakage of foundation concrete by covering up the top of foundation concrete used as the foundation of a streetlight or an electric pole. The cover(1) for foundation concrete is formed to be open on the lower part and lower on the border to cover up the top of foundation concrete(10) and provided with an electric wire conduit hole(7) to penetrate electric wire conduits(13) and anchor bolt holes(8) to insert anchor bolts(12). The cover is unified with the foundation concrete by placing the cover in a mold and inserting the electric wire conduits and the anchor bolts to an electric wire guide and an anchor bolt guide, and then pouring cement. |
