A single-sided panel for a form is provided to have durability by manufacturing with aluminum and to increase workability by having light weight. The invention relates to a single-sided panel attached to the top of a steel frame, wherein a panel body(1) is formed in a rectangular plate by extrusion-molding an aluminum plate to make the front portion(1a) flat and the rear portion(1b) lengthened in the longitudinal direction on right and left sides, wherein many inverse T-shaped reinforcements(1f) are formed longitudinally in the center of the rear portion at regular intervals and inverse C-shaped bends are formed on two ends of the rear portion to form the inner bend(1d) longer than the outer bend(1c), and the inner bend has a bolt fastening hole(1e).
