An apparatus for forming a box includes a box supporting part(100), a folding guiding part(200), and a box adhesion part. The box supporting part folds a lower part of a feeding plate and includes a pair of rotary supporting bars(110) and a rotary connecting bar(120). The pair of rotary supporting bars are elongated horizontally in parallel. The rotary connecting bar connects the rotary supporting bar vertically. The folding guiding part is movably installed on the rotary supporting bar of the box supporting part and folds the plate. The box adhesion part applies an adhesive at least one part of the feeding plate.
