The body and the handle are made of plastic material, thus reducing the weight of the tool so that the utilization of the tool is less painful, safe and practical, and hence reducing the physical efforts of a manipulator and allowing the utilization of the tool for long working periods. The tool has better ergonomics and mildly heats non-utilized working parts. The tool prevents the escape of gas and the creation of flame when the handle is not activated in order to avoid accidents such as fire, blast or burning.
