PNEUMATIC TIRE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME

A pneumatic tire and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to prevent generation of a circumferential continuous friction line to effectively discharge static electricity in a vehicle to a road surface. A pneumatic tire includes a tread part(11), a pair of sidewalls(12), and a bead part(13). The pair of sidewalls extend from both ends of the tread part in a radial direction. The bead part are inserted into a rim(17) of a tire wheel at inner ends of the sidewalls. The tire further includes a carcass(14). The carcass extends from the tread part via the sidewalls and folded again at a circumference of a bead core. A distal end of the carcass is fixed to a vehicle body. The tire further includes a steel belt layer(15) disposed inside the tread and outside in a radial direction of the tire of the carcass.
