The device has three valves (2) in which one of the valves is placed at an outlet of a tank (1) for closing the outlet to prevent the escape of compressed air in the tank. The other valves are placed close to a nozzle block (11) and introduce the compressed air regulated at a pressure corresponding to that of spraying for ejecting a spraying material outside the circuit through small pipes (8).
