An organic light emitting display device and an apparatus for evaluating characteristics of a transistor is provided to evaluate selectively transistors according to characteristics of pixel models and to reduce the thickness. An apparatus for evaluating characteristics of a transistor includes a test unit and a control unit. The test unit(210) is used for outputting a first control signal corresponding to a test scanning signal supplied to a plurality of pixels. The control unit(220) is used for outputting a second control signal corresponding to a test data signal supplied to the plurality of pixels. The control unit includes a plurality of test signal input terminals and at least bidirectional switch selectively connected with one out of the test signal input terminals.
