<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an operational screen which is easy to be used by being customized in response to a utilization condition of a user. <P>SOLUTION: When an operation is made by an operation panel 2 of a device 1 to be operated, its operation information is to be transmitted to a customizing device 3. A display data determining unit 15 of the customizing device 3 is designed to analyze the utilization condition of the user from the operation information, and to determine operation items each having high usage frequency. Display data producing unit 16 is designed to produce display data for displaying the operation items each having the high usage frequency as a state to be easily operated. The customizing device 3 is designed to transmit the produced display data to the operation panel 2.
