PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly pure, crystalline and stable compounds of a 3, 3-diphenyl propylamine derivatives in a salt form, their manufacturing process and their highly pure and stable intermediate products. SOLUTION: The new derivatives are phenolic monoesters of a 3, 3-diphenyl propylamines. The suitable compounds are bifumarates and hydrochloride hydrates of R-(+)-2-(3-diisopropylamino-1-phenylpropyl)-4-hydroxymethylphenyl isobutylate. The suitable compounds among the crystalline intermediate products are R-(-)-3-(3-diisopropylaminophenylpropyl)-4-hydroxybenzoic acid methyl ester. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
