PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a user who is in an account-locked state to a server. SOLUTION: The server 10 receives issuing of a success record ID from a success record repository 30, when log-in of the user from a client 20 is successful, and delivers it to the client 20. The client 20 stores the success record ID in a success record storage part 22, and transmits the success record ID when log-in to the same server 10 is performed again. The server 10 performs, when the valid success record ID recorded in the success record repository 30 is involved in the log-in request even if the user of the log-in requester is in the account-locked state, user authentication without rejecting the request, and admits the log-in when the authentication is successful.
