PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a lighting device to start lighting control so as to prevent an adverse effect on a lamp, in the case the device is lit directly after power source inputting. SOLUTION: In the case a lighting-on direction is output on a lighting device L directly after power source inputting, lighting control of the lighting device L is to be started only after an elapse of stability time in which a lamp La of the lighting device L lit in accordance with the lighting-on direction can be stabilized.
