PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor shaft balancing method and a rotor for eliminating a necessity for correcting a balance of a motor shaft after a motor is assembled. SOLUTION: An annular spacing member 3 is mounted to a magnet attaching section 2 in the rotor 5. A magnet 1 is attached to the magnet attaching section 2 by an adhesive 4. The rotor 5 is composed. An elastic body is used for the annular spacing member 3, and has a uniform thickness. A material such as a synthetic rubber, a synthetic resin can be used for the elastic body, and is not limited.
