PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor core suitable for manufacturing a small, precise, and thin motor which has a sufficient rust prevention characteristic and an insulation characteristics, in which winding corruption does not occur when winding is given to a slot of the motor core and which has sufficient operability by a simple manufacture process and to provide a manufacturing method of the motor core. SOLUTION: A motor component has a one layer insulating coated film structure obtained by forming an electrodeposition coated film on a surface of the motor component or a two layer insulating coated film structure where a top coat by spraying is formed by using paint composite for electrodeposition, where a part of additive in paint composite containing coat formation polymer, water solvent, and additive is substituted for micro gel.
