PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an installation site cannot be fixed in the case of a receiver to be used to view while moving, inputting information for specifying a region in every channel search causes an increase in burden on user's operations and specifying a region where the receiver is moving may be difficult, although a system is proposed for allocating remote control keys and branch numbers based on the regional information of the installation site of a receiver if remote control IDs overlap in a digital broadcast receiver. SOLUTION: If overlapping of remote control key IDs is detected, a newly detected channel is allocated to a remote control key, and thus, a viewable channel can be preferentially selected in a place where a receiver has moved without setting regional information.
