PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean foreign matter adhered to a discharge passage inner surface and a valve chest side end surface of a valve seat member. SOLUTION: A valve casing is formed of a body 1 and a cover 2. An inlet 5, a valve chest 4 and an outlet 7 are formed in the valve casing. The valve seat member 9 is installed in a lower part of the valve chest 4. A discharge passage 8 formed in the valve seat member 9, communicating with the valve chest 4 with the outlet 7 side. A float 11 is arranged in the valve chest 4 for opening and closing the discharge passage 8 by sitting on and leaving from the valve seat member 9. An operation member 14 capable of operating an advance-retreat from an external part is arranged in the discharge passage 8. The flow passage area between the inner surface of the discharge passage 8 of the valve seat member 9 and the operation member 14 is increased by forming a recessed part 14b extending in the axial direction of the operation member 14 on the outer periphery of the operation member 14. When advancing the operation member 14, the discharge passage 8 is opened by leaving the float 11 from the valve seat member 9. Gas in the valve chest 4 is exhausted at once to the outlet 7 while cleaning the foreign matter adhered to the valve chest side end surface 9a of the valve seat member 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
