PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic paving material which secures sliding resistance in a wet state not only in the early time of use but also after wear is caused by use, and also to provide an estimation method for a surface of a wear paving body which is specifically useful for estimating a surface state of pavement after wear is caused when estimating the sliding resistance or the like of such elastic paving material in a wet state. SOLUTION: The elastic paving material contains rubber chips and/or a rubber powder, aggregates, a urethane binder, specifically 30-70 vol.%, 50-5 vol.%, and 20-35 vol.%, respectively in sequence. The aggregate contains plastic wastes of 20-70 vol.%. The plastic wastes comprising a fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) are preferably used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
