PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining apparatus inexpensively manufacturable and easily operable for draining. SOLUTION: In this draining apparatus, water is drained from pipelines 4, 5 branched from a water main 4 to a plurality of water branch pipes 5 or devices 61 connected to the pipelines. The draining apparatus comprises a compressed air supply means 2 outputting compressed air and a connection means 1 installed in the water main 4 and connecting the water main 4 separated between the upstream side and the downstream side. The connection means 1 comprises connection changing means 12, 13 changing to connect the downstream side 4b of the water main 4 to the air supply port 3a of the compressed air supply means 2.
