PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a built-up protective frame using steel members to protect an underground buried object from external pressure, and to attain the shortening of a construction period and cost reduction. SOLUTION: A plurality of height adjustable steel angle posts 1 each comprising first, second and third members 101, 102 and 103 having equally spaced holes 6 in both flanges of angles and formed to predetermined heights by adjusting the lap length of the three members are arranged, and a plurality of walls 2 each formed by laying, according to the required height, the required number of steel angle wall members 201 each having mounting holes at a space equal to a distance between the equally spaced holes 6 of the one post 1 and the equally spaced holes 6 of the other post 1 are arranged between the adjacent posts 1.
