PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tie-dyed-like irregularly dyed cellulosic fiber product of hue having a white ground or a gentler concentration gradient than that of a multi-color-dyed ground. SOLUTION: The method for dyeing a tie-dyed-like irregularly dyed cellulosic fiber product comprises preliminarily treating a wrinkled cellulosic fiber product in a dyeing solution comprising water, a sizing agent-dissolved aqueous solution, a reactive dye and a dye auxiliary, while selecting a bath ratio of a dyeing bath and the viscosity of a solution containing a sizing agent, and then dipping the pretreated fiber product, while further selecting or adding a dyeing solution or a sizing agent-containing solution in response to the preliminary treatment.
