PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wire harness routing structure, in which the number of parts can be reduced, the size and weight can be reduced, and a wire harness can be protected. SOLUTION: The wire harness routing structure routed to be extended between a vehicle body and a slide seat 10 slidably assembled to the vehicle body. The wire harness 11 is housed in a harness housing part 21 disposed in a seat part 13 of the slide seat 10, and is extended from the vehicle body so as to be in parallel with a slide movement direction of the slide seat 10, and then is wound by three-quarter turn so as to be connected with a harness connection part 24 of the slide seat 10. Diameter expansion/diameter contraction of a wound portion 22 of the wire harness 11 along with the slide movement of the slide seat 10 absorbs the extra length of the wire harness 11 generated along with the slide movement of the slide seat 10.
