PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake controller for a vehicle capable of mechanically generating W/C pressure by operation of a brake operating member by a driver as fail-safe in abnormality. SOLUTION: A route to supply brake fluid to each of W/Cs 6FR to 6RR by using first to fourth pumps 7 to 9 from a master reservoirs 3f is used in normal braking and a route to transmit M/C pressure generated in an M/C 3 by operation of a brake pedal 1 to the W/C 6FR, 6FL of both of front wheels FR, FL through conduit runs A, B, E, F is used in abnormality. First to fourth linear valves SLFR to SLRR are furnished in parallel against each of the pumps 7 to 9, and the W/C pressure generated in each of the W/Cs 6FR to 6RR is governed by duty-controlling them in normal braking.
