PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant current/constant voltage reference circuit operating at a low voltage/low power consumption, and very much suppressing fluctuation of reference voltage/reference current to a temperature extremely. SOLUTION: In this reference circuit having a current mirror circuit 1 and a MOS peaking current source 2, a back gate of a MOSFET M1 on an output side of the MOS peaking current source 2 is connected to a gate side of the MOSFET M1. Thereby, by using only one resistor connected to a MOSFET of the peaking current source 2 wherein connection between a back gate and a gate is not performed in series, temperature dependence of the output reference voltage is balanced out.
