PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a file of a large data volume to e-mail, to transmit it and to prevent information leakage due to the outflow of the transmitted attached file. SOLUTION: In e-mail communication support processing, an e-mail GW separates received e-mail into an attached file and a section other than a multi-part section such as mail text and preserves the attached file in a network storage. Then, a GW message is prepared, the GW message is set to the multi-part section in a mail body and combined with the section other than the multi-part section such as the mail text, and GW message added e-mail is prepared. Then, the prepared GW message added e-mail is transmitted. A user terminal accesses the storage place of the attached file specified by the received GW message added to the GW message added e-mail and acquires contents indicated by the attached file through a communication network.
