PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano-bubble producing apparatus which is simple and can easily be used by an individual. SOLUTION: The nano-bubble producing apparatus 100 is provided with: a micro-bubble producing means M having a first liquid vessel 1, a heating means 5 and a rotating body 6 having a blade; and a nano-bubble producing means N having a second liquid vessel 2 connected to the micro-bubble producing means M by a pipeline 4, a cooling means 7 and a bubble bursting means 8 consisting of at least one of a microwave generation unit 81, an ultrasonic wave generation unit 82, a rotating body 83 having a blade and a magnet 84.
