PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively solve the problem of a conventional fan frame by providing a fan and a fan frame having a recessed groove type continuously connecting member. SOLUTION: This fan includes the fan frame 3 and an impeller set 2 arranged inside the frame. A plurality of continuously connecting members 32 provided with a plurality of flow introducing recessed grooves 33 exist in a discharge port of the fan frame 3. An air current passing through these continuously connecting members 32 can be smoothly drawn out by these flow introducing recessed grooves 33, and wind pressure and the air volume are increased, and noise can also be reduced.
