Use of benzoquinones in agents for oxidative treatment of hair and method and agent for permanent hair shaping

Use of benzoquinones and derivatives or salts thereof as the only oxidant in agents for oxidative treatment of hair, and agent containing at least one o-benzoquinone, and a method for permanent shaping of hair by use of such agents. The hair thus treated shows uniform and permanent transformation and no brightening.
