An apparatus for emitting panorama infrared rays at 360 degrees is provided to recognize an object in a dark field state of 0 lux by using an infrared recognition camera by transmitting and emitting the infrared rays at the 360 degrees throughout all azimuths. An infrared ray is transmitted and emitted by an angle in which infrared emission angles of respective infrared LED(Light Emitting Diodes)(4) are divided by an image viewing angle of 360 degrees. The infrared LED modules(4) of a polyhedral shape or a spherical shape are installed with lenses(6) of infrared recognition cameras(5) on a horizontal surface. The infrared LED modules(4) are mounted with the infrared recognition cameras(5) by one body. The number of the infrared LED modules(4) is the same as or bigger than the number of the infrared recognition cameras(5) to provide infrared overlay effect.
