A system, a device, and a method for providing shared information by adding tag information to an Internet resource, and a computer-readable recording medium thereof are provided to spread information space for the Internet resource by adding tag information to the Internet resource and including the information related to the Internet resource to the tag information. A user terminal(330) receives the Internet resource by connecting to the website server through the network, requests a link service server(360) to generate the tag for the Internet resource, and inquires more than one tag generated for the Internet resource. The link service server generates a link page for inputting tag information to the user terminal in response to a tag generation request of the user terminal, and stores the information related to the tag inputted through the link page by linking with the Internet resource. A tag information database stores the information related to the tag by linking with address information of the Internet resource.
