A light reflecting apparatus for a fish-luring light of a fishing boat is provided to make light emitted from the fish-luring light concentrated on the sea to catch a large amount of fish and to prevent worker on a deck from feeling hot. The light reflecting apparatus for a fish-luring light of a fishing boat includes left and right reflection plates(10), a connection hinge(14), a refraction plate support(11), an inclination control hinge(13) and a turn buckle(12). The reflection plates(10) are disposed on the right and left sides of a socket(1a) and a fish-luring light(1) and have an opening portion to let the fish-luring light(1) or the socket(1a) penetrate therethrough. The reflection plate support(11) is installed on left and right hinges to pivotally connect the right and left reflection plates(10). The turn buckle(12) is connected between the inclination control hinge(13) and the wire(21) to control the inclination of the reflection plate.
