<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a review apparatus, a review system, and a program for allowing other users to easily recognize that a comment is added to a document to be reviewed. <P>SOLUTION: A master file storage unit 231 stores a review target document inputted through a review target file acquisition unit 101, and a review request notification unit 104 notifies the fact that the target document is inputted to each review user. The review users access to a Web server unit 105 to obtain the target document, and add and input comments. A master file editing unit 107 receives the inputs to extract the comments and puts them in a master file.
