PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a matching transformer for high-frequency heating while increasing cooling efficiency by improving the cooling arrangement of the matching transformer to simplify its structure. SOLUTION: A conductive bottom plate closes a part between an inner tube and an outer tube of one end of a dual tube consisting of the conductive inner and outer tubes to form a secondary winding, a load side terminal is provided on the other end of the dual tube, a primary winding is wound between the inner and outer peripheries of the dual tube, a circular iron core made of a magnetic material is incorporated into an inner space between the inner and outer tubes of the dual tube, and a cooling water is flown into the inner space, thereby performing cooling.
