<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cellulose acylate film reduced in film thickness distribution and superior in handleability. <P>SOLUTION: A film raw material 40 based on cellulose acylate is produced. The film raw material 40 is heated in an extruder 11 to be melted and the molten film raw material 40 is extruded as a sheet 41 from a die 14. An elastic roll 18 has cavities with a depth of 100 nm in a density of 2,000/mm<SP>2</SP>. This roll is used together with a cooling roll 17 to cast the film raw material 40 as the sheet 41 by a touch roll system. The sheet 41 is cooled by cooling drums 19 and 20 to form a film 42. Desired projections are formed to the film 42 at the time of casting. The film 42 is also superior even in handleability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
